8. Payments

Payment terms will be defined in the approved proposal, invoice, or agreement.

• Milestone payments must be paid before the related phase begins
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance

• Late payments may pause work
• Unpaid invoices may delay reports, meetings, or deliverables

All completed work up to the payment date remains billable.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Client-side technical errors

• All completed work remains payable
• Pending milestones may be invoiced proportionally
• Account access may be revoked after final handover
