Because our services involve strategic planning, research, technical implementation, team hours, and milestone-based delivery, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.
By purchasing or approving any service from vinzotech.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Refund Principle
Digital marketing and web development services are time-based, effort-based, and milestone-driven services, not physical products.
For this reason, refunds are considered only for the unused portion of work that has not yet been started or allocated.
Any completed work, delivered milestones, research, planning, consultation time, strategy development, reporting, account setup, audits, or implementation effort remains non-refundable.
2. SEO & Monthly Retainer Services
For monthly services such as:
- SEO
- Local SEO
- White Label SEO
- PPC Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Optimization
- CRO support
Important terms:
- Once the monthly cycle begins, the paid month is non-refundable
- Work hours, strategy allocation, team scheduling, and reporting resources are reserved in advance
- Cancellation affects future billing only
- Current active month charges remain payable
3. Website Development & Landing Page Projects
- Initial discovery and planning fees are non-refundable
- Completed milestones are non-refundable
- Partially completed phases may be billed proportionally
- Design approvals lock that stage as billable
- Development work already started remains chargeable
If a project is canceled mid-way, the refund (if applicable) is calculated only on the remaining unstarted milestones.
4. White Label SEO Services
For white label SEO, partner SEO fulfillment, and reseller services:
- Strategy work
- Deliverable preparation
- Reporting setup
- Fulfillment hours
- Account onboarding
- Keyword mapping
- SOP allocation
are all non-refundable once started.
Due to the confidential and resource-allocated nature of white label work, refunds are limited only to future unassigned deliverables.
5. Paid Media & Ad Spend
- Management fees are separate from ad spend
- Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms is not refundable by VinzoTech
- Platform credits, rejected ads, or unused balances are governed by the respective platform policies
- Campaign setup and optimization fees remain non-refundable once started
6. Consultation, Audits & Strategy Sessions
Any paid:
- SEO audit
- Consultation
- Growth roadmap
- Strategy workshop
- Technical review
- Account audit
- CRO review
is non-refundable once the session has been delivered or the report has been shared.
These services are knowledge-based and completed upon delivery.
7. Client Delay or Non-Response
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by:
- Missing access credentials
- Delayed content
- Approval delays
- Paused communication
- Delayed feedback
- Internal client-side dependencies
- Hosting access delays
- Legal or compliance approvals
Time reserved and work already completed remains billable.
8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice through:
- Official email
- Approved WhatsApp communication
- Signed project communication channel
Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle or next milestone begins.
Approved cancellations stop future billing only.
The current active cycle remains non-refundable.
9. Exceptional Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment was made
- Billing error occurred
- Service was mistakenly invoiced
- Work was not started at all
- Cancellation was approved before resource allocation
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
